GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

To submit an abstract, you must be registered on the sciencesconf.org platform:

French and English are the 2 languages allowed for papers and posters.

• For abstracts:

Abstracts may be submitted from 09/15 to 10/31. Extented to November 30.
Abstracts are limited to 500 words.

Please select 2 sessions when submitting and specify in comments the preferred session and a second session (the scientific committee reserves the right to redirect submissions).

• For oral communications :

The duration of oral communications is set at 12 minutes and 3 minutes for discussion.

• Posters :

Posters will be printed by you in A0 portrait format.
